Aufgaben gehören die Anleitung und Förderung von Teilnehmenden sowie die aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft. Erforderlich sind mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Gartenpflege, eine Ausbildung als Arbeitsagoge und eine hohe Flexibilität.
Wir bieten eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit in einem engagierten Team mit attraktiven Arbeitszeiten und Unterstützung bei Weiterbildungen.
