Eine Organisation zur Arbeitsintegration in der Region Bern sucht ab 1. Juni 2026 eine/n Mitarbeiter:in im Recycling mit 80% Pensum für einen befristeten Zeitraum bis Ende 2026. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Übernahme von Verantwortung in einem internen Betrieb verantwortlich, der ca. 75 Teilnehmende umfasst. Sie führen anfallende Arbeiten und die Anleitung von Teilnehmern durch und arbeiten in einem wertschätzenden und unterstützenden Umfeld.
