School Volunteer: Inspire Students & Support Our Community

There are two deadlines to apply to volunteer for the 25-26 school year.

September 30, 2026, and January 31, 2027.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please complete the application online by the deadline dates to be eligible to volunteer.

Any volunteer applications received after September 30th will be processed for the 2nd semester. Any volunteer applications received after January 31st will not be processed for this school year.

Volunteers are not District Employees

Once the online application is completed, you will then receive an email with the information below to be submitted. Due to the number of volunteers registering, please allow up to 10 days to receive this email.

Note:

If you volunteered last school year, only complete the forms noted with asterisks (**). If your clearances have expired, you will be sent a separate notification.

• Required if you volunteer 10 hours or MORE a week
  • Results must be less than one (1) year old.
  • TB Test Results remain active if there is no break in service.
• OR if applicable - TB Test EXEMPTION: volunteers less than ten (10) hours a week. An electronic signature is required, and a copy will be on file.
