Pilgerhof Märstetten Thomas Wieland sucht Erntehelferinnen (w) für die Saison 2025 von Mai bis November. Einsatz in unseren Beerenkulturen, hauptsächlich Ernte von Erdbeeren und Himbeeren im Tunnel, sowie Pflanzenpflege und Hilfsarbeiten.
Wir bieten ein junges, motiviertes Team, faire Löhne, Sozialleistungen und Unterstützung bei Unterkunftssuche; flexible Einsatzdauer (3–10 Monate) möglich und saisonale Spitzen abgedeckt sind willkommen.
