Stiftung Orte zum Leben sucht für die Industriewerkstatt in Lenzburg eine engagierte Fachperson im Bereich Arbeitsagogik. Die Stelle ist zu 100% vorgesehen und richtet sich an Personen, die eine Umschulung oder einen Einstieg in die Arbeitsagogik anstreben.
Sie begleiten Klientinnen und Klienten ressourcenorientiert, fördern Selbstständigkeit und unterstützen bei der Umsetzung von Arbeitsaufträgen. Wir bieten umfassende Einarbeitung, supervision und strukturierte Entwicklungsgespräche.
