Kitchen Manager continuous shifts

• Within the kitchen, you manage, develop and prepare homemade snacks and finger‑food dishes according to our concept.
• You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the dishes produced, the proper management of the kitchen and its team, as well as the management of goods and supplies.
• You ensure compliance with internal HACCP standards and regulations.
• You demonstrate leadership and set an example through your professionalism and expertise.

• You are available to work during the week and on weekends.
• You have proven experience in snacking, finger food, street food, etc.
• You are fluent in French.
• You are versatile and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
