Junior Area Manager

We are looking for a motivated JUNIOR AREA MANAGER to support sales and business development activities across assigned territories in an international B2B API / Medical Cannabinoids environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Area Manager in executing sales and market development strategies
- Manage relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
- Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Support negotiations, tenders, proposals, and sales contracts
- Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare sales reports
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory teams
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
- Travel to assigned countries as required
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Initial experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (API experience preferred)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and networking skills
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- International exposure and hands-on commercial experience
