Join Equip Sport as a Sales Coordinator Intern

As a Sales Coordinator Intern
, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and contributing directly to Equip’s growth and operational efficiency.
If you are structured, proactive, and passionate about sports, this internship offers hands‑on exposure to business development - from negotiations to project launch.

About the Role

As part of the sales team, you will report directly to the Head of Business Development and collaborate closely with multiple internal departments. You will support the full commercial lifecycle, from preparing offers and assisting in negotiations to coordinating the launch of signed partnerships.

We are looking for someone organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to learn.

Tasks

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the launch of new partnerships with both external partners and internal teams
  • Liaise with internal teams to collect required information and resources for deal execution
  • Monitor timelines and ensure a smooth handover from sales to project delivery
  • Support post-signature activities, including project kick-offs and client onboarding
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on sales activities and deal progress
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes
  • Create pitch decks and commercial offers for partners
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • First experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Proactive problem-solver with a hands‑on mindset
  • Strong interest in the outdoor and sports industry (a big plus)
  • Experience with CRM tools or AI-based tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English;
    German is a strong plus
