Junior Sales Account – support our growth on international markets, contributing to the development of the Swiss market. This role is designed for someone eager to grow professionally, build strong commercial foundations, and develop expertise in B2B sales of digital HR solutions in a structured, high‑impact environment.
Responsibilities- Support commercial development and new client acquisition in the Swiss market
- Manage prospecting activities and generate new business opportunities
- Understand client needs and propose tailored HR‑tech solutions
- Support negotiations and sales processes alongside senior sales team members
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and key stakeholders
- Curious, proactive, and determined mindset with a strong interest in sales and business development
- First experience in sales or consulting, preferably in HR services, software, or B2B environments
- Familiarity with B2B sales and direct interaction with corporate clients
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and French (German is a strong plus)
- Strong motivation to grow in a commercial role and develop skills in selling digital solutions
- Availability to travel within Switzerland
