Inside Sales / Sales Operations AssistantMission
You act as a commercial generalist at the heart of EPoS Technologies SA, combining inside sales, customer development, and sales operations to build and grow our business across international technical markets. You will play a key role in structuring and scaling EPoS’ commercial operations activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales by developing new customers through proactive inside sales activities and coordinating sales operations from the office
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers by promoting technical solutions
- Manage front office activities and sales administration, ensuring consistent follow‑up on opportunities and actions
- Contribute to the deployment of the e‑commerce platform and take ownership of its day-to-day management after launch
Profile
- Successful experience of at least 3 years in front office and/or sales, ideally in a B2B environment, with a proven track record in sales operations and administration, and exposure to technical products and industries
- We are looking for a proactive hands‑on commercial generalist who enjoys combining sales, coordination, and operational execution in a fast‑paced environment
- Multi‑market experience is a plus, e.g. in industrial applications, magnets, electronics, high speed motors
- Conscientious and well‑organized, service‑oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong communication, collaboration, and mutual support skills
- Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German and/or French, and/or Italian is a significant advantage
