Eine berufliche Grundausbildung (EFZ) und eine umfassende Verankerung in der Region sind nötig. Du bringst eine Leidenschaft für Verkauf und Beratung mit, hast kaufmännische Kenntnisse und bist ein kommunikativer Typ. Die VBV-Ausbildung kann unterstützt werden.
