Global Head Distribution

Drive our global distribution strategy. Shape international growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Define and execute Geistlich's global distribution strategy across direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Develop commercial frameworks, identify new business opportunities and strengthen our international distribution network.
  • Partner with Global Marketing and Sales Operations to continuously optimize our distribution model.
  • Lead strategic negotiations with international distributors and DSO partners.
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and drive sustainable sales growth across global markets.
  • Support affiliates in expanding and developing their national distribution business.
  • Ensure alignment of pricing, commercial policies and contractual frameworks across markets.
  • Lead the Global Distribution community and foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across regions.
  • Monitor business performance, provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and represent Distribution at international meetings and company events.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of international leadership experience in distribution, sales or business development.
  • Degree in Business, Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven success in driving commercial growth within a global matrix organization.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with commercial contracts, tenders and pricing strategies.
  • Strategic mindset combined with analytical and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Established network with senior decision‑makers in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 50%).
  • Experience in dentistry, biomaterials or medical devices is a plus.
