Own and develop your sales territory across Central and Western Switzerland
Build lasting relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new accounts
Develop strategic account plans and unlock growth potential
Drive design-in activities, especially for new products (NPIs)
Provide commercial and technical support throughout the sales process
Increase market share and strengthen our brand presence in your region
Technical education in electrical engineering/electronics with proven professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
Minimum 3 years of successful B2B field sales experience in a technical environment
Very good knowledge of German and French (ideally bilingual) and English
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Self-driven, proactive and comfortable taking ownership from first contact to successful implementation
Product portfolio that solves challenges in the fields of energy supply, mechanical engineering and equipment manufacturing
