- 2-5 years of professional experience in account management, customer success, sales, retail partnerships, or community management.
- Preferred experience working within tabletop gaming, hobby retail, or the broader collectibles industry.
- Experience managing high impact accounts in a professional environment. This role requires travel to top accounts.
