Sie pflegen CRM-Daten, kommunizieren Liefertermine, bearbeiten Reklamationen und unterstützen den Außendienst. Wichtig sind eine abgeschlossene Grundbildung im Elektroinstallations- oder Automationbereich, gute Office-Kenntnisse, SAP/CRM-Vorteil und sehr gutes Deutsch.
