Auto Rüger AG sucht Verkaufsberater:innen, die Kunden täglich betreuen, Probefahrten durchführen und Neu- sowie Occasionsfahrzeuge anbieten. Sie schließen Verträge ab und liefern Fahrzeuge aus. Die Rolle ist Schnittstelle zum Aftersales und erfordert eigenständige Einsatzplanung.
Nach einer sechsmonatigen Startphase mit Grundlohn wechseln Sie in eine Provision basierte Vergütung. Erwartet werden ca. 10 Offerten pro Woche und rund 50 Verkäufe im ersten Jahr.
