Overview

MONCLER is currently looking for a full-time Client Advisor to join our team in our Zermatt store starting first on a fixed-term basis with the possibility of a permanent position.

The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance, takes each customer on a journey through our company values and cultural heritage. In doing so, the Client Advisor gains a good understanding of the customer's needs and helps to build a long-term and profitable relationship.

Together with the team, the Client Advisor is responsible for achieving collective milestones by helping to achieve their individual goals.

Your Impact

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a unique customer experience; setting the course for a long-term relationship; taking responsibility for all phases of the sale; being familiar with after-sales and clienteling and creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere
  • Achieving excellent sales performance and results
  • Implementing and supporting visual standards in the store in cooperation with the Visual Merchandising Central Europe team; responsible for replenishment and stock management
  • Active cooperation during the preparation and execution of inventories
  • Effective and enthusiastic teamwork; conveying energy and motivation and being a reliable partner.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales activities;
    Experience in fashion/luxury/retail is an advantage
  • Passion for retail and customer service; excellent customer and service orientation, commercial mindset
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury segment itself and the associated products
  • Fluent English and/or German skills, and other languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to develop within the company
  • Affinity for a digital environment and openness to new working approaches
