Your

Mission
  • Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to commercialization, ensuring strong alignment with business strategy and consumer needs.
  • Lead B2B co-development projects by deeply understanding client requirements, tailoring solutions, and enabling successful joint product launches.
  • Continuously optimize the product portfolio through formulation, cost, and quality improvements based on feedback from production, quality teams, and customers.
  • Establish and refine processes that accelerate the transfer from development to production while ensuring consistent product quality at scale.
  • Define and monitor quality parameters and link them to key process variables to ensure reliable and reproducible production outcomes.
  • Capture, document, and share learnings from development projects to continuously improve team practices and workflows.
  • Contribute to shaping and maintaining company-wide standards, processes, and quality systems for safe, high-quality products.
You
  • Hold a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Bio-)Process Engineering, Food Technology, Material Science, or a related field.
  • Bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the food industry or a similar environment, with a focus on product development; experience in the culinary or meat industry is a plus.
  • Have strong project management skills and are comfortable taking full ownership to drive cross-functional stakeholders towards product launch.
  • Bring a strong passion for food and taste, ensuring that technical processes consistently result in premium products.
  • Possess a hands-on mindset with high attention to detail, particularly regarding master data quality and accurate product documentation.
  • Have a natural ability to create structure in fast-paced environments and translate vision into scalable workflows.
  • Are highly ambitious and remain calm under pressure, viewing complex or “impossible” challenges as opportunities for growth.
