Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über eine Grundbildung als Schreiner, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise. Pünktlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit sind ebenfalls gefragt, ebenso die Freude im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden. Bei Eignung besteht die Chance auf eine Festanstellung.
