Die Verantwortung liegt in der Bedienung von Baukränen, der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und der Wartung des Krans. Bewerber sollten eine Ausbildung als Kranführer oder entsprechende Erfahrung sowie einen gültigen Kranführerausweis (SUVA) mitbringen. Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gute Teamkommunikation sind erforderlich.
