- Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

- Valid Crane Operator licence Cat. B (mandatory).
- Several years of experience operating overhead and tower cranes on construction sites.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work flexibly across different projects in the Huttwil region.
- Above‑average pay for skilled operators.
