Responsibilities- Unterhalt, Wartung und Reparatur von Gebäuden, Infrastruktur und Mobiliar
- Durchführung von Kontrollgängen sowie Behebung technischer Störungen
- Pflege und Unterhalt der Außenanlagen inklusive saisonaler Arbeiten
- Begleitung und Koordination von externen Handwerkern und Technikern
- Unterstützung im laufenden Betrieb sowie Umsetzung des Entsorgungs- und Recyclingkonzepts
- Ausbildung als Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Betriebsunterhalt von Vorteil
- Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
