A Nationally Recognized Earthwork Contractor with over 100 years of experience, we are seeking to add an Experienced Estimator to our team.
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

- Analyze construction plans and specifications to determine project requirements
- Estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate cost estimates
- Prepare detailed and comprehensive bid proposals for potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget
- Review and analyze change orders and provide cost impact assessments
- Experience estimating in a relevant field
- Proven experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of cost control principles
- Knowledge of construction management and project management processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
