Northwestern Medicine in Sycamore is seeking a Patient Service Representative for a full-time 36-hour week at the Immediate Care Center. The role handles patient check-in/out, registrations, co-pays, and courteous service during 12-hour shifts from 6:45am to 7:15pm, including weekends and holidays.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of customer service experience, and ideally healthcare exposure, medical terminology knowledge, and bilingual abilities.
