$43,000 - $70,000 annually

• Oversee all Front of House daily operations
• Manage Front of House employees and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service is delivered to guests
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Provide or direct Front of House training
• Manage performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
• Enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Assist with developing key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback during one-on-ones
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend Front of House employees
• Direct work for employees, including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours
• Foster a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
• Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
