Pay$43,000 - $70,000 annually
Responsibilities- Oversee all Front of House daily operations
- Manage Front of House employees and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service is delivered to guests
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
- Provide or direct Front of House training
- Manage performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- Enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assist with developing key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback during one-on-ones
- Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend Front of House employees
- Direct work for employees, including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours
- Foster a fun, safe environment by upholding core values and goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
