Oversee farmland properties, track land performance, manage capital improvements, analyze returns, negotiate leases, prepare reports, and communicate closely with clients. Some travel to properties is required; most land is situated in the Midwest.
* ** Required Strengths**:
Self-starter/hard working, oral and written communication skills, detail orientation, integrity.
