General Utility Worker - Sycamore, IL

This role supports production and warehouse operations by handling materials, assisting machine operators, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The position requires lifting, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Unload and load cardboard effectively.
• Palletize materials efficiently.
• Support production lines to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist machine operators in their tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50 - 75 lbs.
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Inventory management capabilities.
• Machine loading expertise.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Demonstrates reliability by showing up on time.

The work environment is a non-climate-controlled warehouse where exposure to cold, heat, damp or humid conditions may occur. Employees may be exposed to loud noise, dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, and moving vehicles.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sycamore, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.05/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
