Responsibilities:

• 1. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the electrical construction industry.
• 2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• 3. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial electrical projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and adhere to budget and timeline constraints.
• 4. Develop and implement business strategies to increase our market presence and profitability.
• 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives.
• 6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
• 7. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
• 8. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development within the electrical construction industry.
• 3. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• 4. Strong understanding of the construction industry, including market trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements.
• 5. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
• 6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• 7. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound business decisions.
• 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
