Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day CAO Office operations
• Manage calendars and ensure meeting preparedness
• Draft executive materials and correspondence
• Support governance and transparency in Council processes
• Maintain tracking systems for corporate strategic initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Public Administration or related field
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Understanding of Council staff relations
• Exceptional written and verbal skills
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency
