The position supports a busy program area for approximately 4–5 months. You will excel in preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing records. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth delivery of client service functions and support frontline activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports and non-routine documents
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Arrange travel and process logistics
• Draft and edit various correspondence
• Maintain filing systems and manage records
Requirements:
• One-year post-secondary diploma in business or administration
• Minimum three years of administrative experience
• Excellent organizational skills and priority management
• Customer service focus with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
