As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will directly contribute to the smooth running of the IGM Financial office. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and manage reception inquiries

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of reception and administrative experience
• Strong skills in client service and accountability
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and TEAMS
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines
