• Manage damaged and incorrectly addressed packages
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
• Utilize Microsoft Office and web applications effectively
• Maintain high attention to detail in daily tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED mandatory
• Proficiency in typing, data entry, and general office tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Bilingual in French and English required for Quebec
