We seek a motivated HSE Administrator to join our Sydney, Nova Scotia office. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Business Administration and a strong interest in Health and Safety.
Your role will involve handling various administrative tasks to promote our Health, Safety, and Environmental systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and log HSE site documents weekly
• Request and follow up on subcontractor paperwork
• Prepare HSE portfolios for projects and personnel
• Arrange inspections for Fall Protection Equipment
• Assist in training notifications and maintain certificates
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a solution-oriented mindset
