As part of the Maintenance Enforcement Program, you will handle case administration according to established legislation and procedures. Your experience will directly impact Nova Scotians by facilitating child and spousal support payments. You will interact with clients, manage accounts, and ensure accurate data entry and correspondence preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail
• Handle client inquiries and maintain communication
• Accurately enter case information in the system
• Prepare documents and correspondence as needed
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments
Requirements:
• Four years of related experience required
• Proficient in MS Word and data entry skills
• Strong communication and client service abilities
• Ability to handle a high-volume workload
• Proven judgment and discretion in sensitive situations
Utilize your client service and administration skills within the Nova Scotia Justice Department’s Maintenance Enforcement Program.
