As a Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator, you will leverage your expertise to manage employee scheduling while ensuring compliance with Collective Agreements. With a focus on improving processes, you will maintain accurate records and utilize scheduling software like Kronos and Vocantas. This position also requires financial acumen to support strategic staffing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Book off employees per collective agreements
• Call in relief staff for unplanned vacancies
• Ensure compliance with operational staffing guidelines
• Maintain records of agency staff for billing
• Recommend improvements to staffing processes
Requirements:
• High school diploma required, degree preferred
• 1-3 years in staffing or HR roles
• Experience with staffing/scheduling software
• Familiarity with union environments
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
