Account Manager

We're hiring experienced Account Managers to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process - the person who keeps the file moving, keeps the client confident, and ensures execution is tight from start to finish.

• Be the owner's main point of contact during the leasing process and deliver a "white-glove" client experience
• Drive execution across the workflow: confirm readiness, gather missing info, coordinate next steps, and prevent delays
• Provide proactive updates so owners always know what's happening and what comes next
• Manage time-sensitive items with urgency and strong communication
• Ensure documentation is collected and tracked properly according to company process
• Maintain clean CRM records: notes, tasks, follow-ups, and stage movement
• Escalate issues early when needed and protect client satisfaction through strong judgment

• 3-5+ years of account management experience (this is required)
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients/files at once with consistent follow-up
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling client issues
• High process discipline and comfort working in a structured CRM workflow
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize fast in a high-volume environment

• Leasing / property management / real estate operations experience
• Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven service environments
• Comfort using AI/tools to improve documentation, reporting, and internal efficiency

• Dual monitor setup
• Computer with 16GB RAM minimum

• This role offers performance-based compensation with the opportunity to earn approximately $45,000-$50,000+ CAD annually based on performance. Full compensation details will be shared during the interview process.
