In this hybrid role, Axxiome is looking for an experienced Finance & Operations professional to work part-time. You will maintain financial records, oversee payroll processes, and engage with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations. Your work will be instrumental in streamlining our operations and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records diligently
• Process budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Prepare payroll and statutory financial reports
• Coordinate interactions with legal authorities and banks
• Ensure adherence to governance and compliance policies
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of finance operation experience
• Proven ability to manage payroll processes in North America
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in diverse organizational cultures
