Position: Financial Accountant Role

As a Financial Accountant, you will support our financial controllership while managing compliance, statutory filings, and payroll activities. Collaborating closely with the Financial Controller and CFO, you’ll ensure precision and accountability in monthly closes and reconciliations. Your ability to execute without red tape will be crucial to the team's success in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely compliance and statutory filings across jurisdictions

• Manage month-end close processes and reconciliations

• Analyze payables and provide valuable cash flow insights

• Support audit preparations and uphold internal controls

• Supervise expense platform use and govern management commentary

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant financial accounting experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CA/CPA preferred

• Familiarity with month-end processes and multi-entity accounting

• Experience with Xero or Net Suite required

• Current permission to work in Australia
