As a Program Manager for New Heights/New Connections, you will report to the Director overseeing child and youth care programs.
Your role includes fostering teamwork among staff while driving impactful case management and service delivery strategies. Engagement with community partners is essential to providing the best outcomes for youth in care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and execute the Children and Family Service Act
• Collaborate for service enhancement and youth programming
• Monitor and review program quality and intervention strategies
• Lead development of new initiatives and approaches
• Ensure effective team supervision and support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or suitable equivalent experience
• Significant experience in overseeing child and youth care initiatives
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles
• Proven ability to solve problems effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
