About the Opportunity

Be the trusted partner engineers rely on to bring their ideas to life—fast.

As an Account Manager at Protocase, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, primarily handling inbound inquiries from engineers, designers, and buyers.
  • Respond to customer questions via phone and email about our manufacturing capabilities, pricing, and processes.
  • Enter and manage quotes and orders accurately within our database systems.
  • Coordinate closely with our technical and production teams to ensure orders are clear, manufacturable, and delivered on time.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the lifecycle of their order.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within your accounts and conduct occasional proactive outreach.
  • Travel within North America 2–3 times per year to visit clients and strengthen partnerships.
  • Align your work schedule with the business hours of your assigned sales territory (may range from 10am–6pm AST to 12pm–8pm AST).
About You

  • Experience:

    2+ years in a sales or account management role (call center experience is a strong asset).
  • Education:

    Completion of high school plus some college, CEGEP, vocational, technical training, or university education.
  • Communication:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills—you’re confident, clear, and professional.
  • Technical Aptitude:
    Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn new systems quickly).
