Member Service Representative

What You’ll Do

Provide friendly, efficient service while accurately completing financial transactions

Build strong relationships with members by listening, communicating effectively, and understanding their financial needs

Recommend products and services that genuinely align with members’ goals

Uphold our commitment to ethical, member‑centric service

Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate member records

Support our outreach efforts through outbound calls to promote products and services

What We’re Looking For

A certificate or diploma in Business (a university degree is an asset)

Previous sales or service experience — preferably in the financial industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A genuine ability to build trusting relationships with members

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

A positive, self‑motivated attitude

Alignment with Credit Union values, including integrity, community, and member well‑being
