POSITION OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Present products and services confidently and professionally.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
Accurately document customer interactions.
Follow all sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic computer skills.
Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work a full‑time schedule.
NICE TO HAVE
Previous outbound sales experience.
Call center sales experience.
Experience meeting sales quotas.
CRM software experience.
Upselling or cross‑selling experience.
Bilingual or multilingual skills.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results. (Does not apply in Canada)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role is performed in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary, sitting or standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move around the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
