Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to drive customer engagement

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of sales experience in a call center
• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools
