Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake Indian breads including Fresh Tandoori breads like Naan, Missi Roti, Kulcha.
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
- Cutting the dough in proportionate amounts to ensure the uniformity of appearance for Naan and other Indian breads.
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make Tandoori baked goods.
- Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough.
