Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Carpenter is responsible for completing repairs and alterations to building structures, including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, millwork, abatement, flooring, wall cladding, paneling, and Gyproc, while adhering to all applicable building, fire, and infection prevention & control codes and regulations. The incumbent also performs small in‑house renovations and additions, such as Infection Prevention & Control hoarding, as required.
Qualifications- Journeyperson Carpenter Certificate required
- At least two years of experience in a similar construction environment
- Knowledge of provincial and national construction building codes and Department of Labour standards
- Ability to travel between sites when necessary
- Valid driver’s licence or reliable transportation access
Permanent full‑time position; 75 hours biweekly.
Hourly wage: $31.55 – $37.31.
