Senior HVAC Technician

Position: Senior HVAC Technician at CBRE

In this role, you will maintain mechanical and electrical systems for HVAC operations across multiple facilities. With 2-3 years of experience and a valid Red Seal HVAC License or Journeyman certification, you’ll ensure compliance and optimize system performance. Expect to troubleshoot equipment issues and manage inventory efficiently while modeling CBRE’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain HVAC control systems and equipment

• Conduct inspections for code compliance and proper operation

• Troubleshoot complex HVAC equipment failures

• Manage stock levels for materials and components

• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or trade school diploma with relevant experience

• Red Seal HVAC License or Journeyman certification required

• Valid driver's license with apprenticeship completion

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to lift/carry loads of 50 lbs. or more
