Are you a Licensed Auto Body Technician, looking to relocate to Sydney, Nova Scotia? We are currently offering a relocation bonus of up to $5,000 to assist with moving cost.

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, and will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle. The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities’ KPIs.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
• Use of frame equipment
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPIs (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS)
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance

High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program.

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)

• Red Seal or 310B is preferred
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)

• Travel, physical requirements, etc.
• You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs
• You have your own toolbox
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 per year. Up to $5,000 relocation bonus if relocating from another city or province. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
