This full-time, permanent position requires expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical problems. You will prepare service reports, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, contributing to Toromont Cat’s reputation as a top dealer in heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose issues using Caterpillar testing equipment

• Repair Caterpillar and other heavy machinery effectively

• Create and submit service reports in a timely manner

• Communicate with customers for service updates

• Undertake additional tasks based on customer needs

Requirements:

• Valid Technician Licence and post-secondary education

• 3-5 years of relevant Technician experience

• Strong focus on safety practices

• Excellent communication skills
