Manager, Sales
Job Description:
Arrow Electronics Australia is now searching for a Sales Manager based in Sydney. The Sales Manager will lead a sales team and work closely with other departments to drive business growth. This will be an excellent opportunity to join the management team of a leading electronic component distributor.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for budgeting, planning, performance and results of the team.
- Sets goals and strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Develops customer strategies to drive business growth.
- Develops strong relationship with customers and suppliers.
- Creates initiatives to drive business success.
- Monitors activities, progress and outcomes.
- Reviews Business performance.
- Proven record of management experience.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good business knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Effectively prioritise and multitask for a fast-paced environment.
- Work within deadlines
- Solid skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Degree holder with a minimum 8 years' experience
- Previous sales experience in the electronics industry will be highly regarded and is desirable.
