Santerne Bretagne is a company specialized in the installation, maintenance, and repair of high and low voltage electrical networks in Ille-et-Vilaine. We are an essential link to ensure reliable and secure electrical distribution, contributing to the smooth operation of urban and rural infrastructures. We also create other flexible networks: drinking water, gas, and telecommunications.

In the context of our development, we are looking for a Civil Engineering Team Leader (M/F) to strengthen our project teams.

As a Civil Engineering Team Leader, you are responsible for the smooth running of projects on your sites. In this role, you:

• Organize and lead teams on site (2 to 3 collaborators depending on projects)

• Prepare the sites: material resources, planning, safety

• Ensure the completion of civil engineering works related to networks (trenches, masses, civil engineering of posts, civil engineering of dry or wet networks, etc.)

• Ensure the quality of work and respect for deadlines

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and internal procedures

• Communicate with the project manager and report any needs or issues on site

• Participate actively in continuous improvement and in the good image of the company on site

Training /

Experience:

• Graduated from a civil engineering, public works or equivalent training

• First experience in site management is desirable

• Experience in electrical or telecommunications networks: a plus

Technical skills:
• Mastery of civil engineering works in networks

• Reading plans

• Knowledge of site safety standards

• Driving license B mandatory
